- How do I know if my machine is connected to the internet?

The internet connection of the machine can be verified through the website. The website has a connection indicator (Fig. 1) in the bottom left corner. If this indicator is green the machine is online, it is red when the machine is offline. Please keep in mind that uploading to the cloud or updating will not work while the machine is offline.

- Why do I get the message “Your browser is not supported” when loading the application?
The application has been tested with <a href=”https://www.google.com/chrome/” target=”_blank”>Google Chrome</a> and to a lesser extent with Firefox. To prevent unexpected problems and improve user experience only <a href=”https://www.google.com/chrome/” target=”_blank”>Google Chrome</a> and Firefox (not recommended) are allowed to load the application.
