6. Report

The report tab shows the available report for the series or study that is opened in the Viewer tab. When the series or study does not have a report, the report tab is not shown.

6.1. Layout

The contents of the report are dependent on the type of report and can differ per report. Fig. 6.1 shows an example of a report.

This example report is divided into a number of sections:

(A) Patient Information

This section includes the Patient Information containing the Archive where the image belongs, the patientID, Name, Gender, and Date of birth. Moreover, a barcode is also generated for each patient. The symptoms registered for the specific patient also appear in section A. Symptoms can be modified in Quick actions –> Symptoms (right corner). Lab results can also be entered for the patient in the system, making the report module complete as it contains all information in one page. The lab results can also be modified via Quick actions –> Lab.

(B) CAD4TB Assessment

This section shows the CAD4TB results for the specific patient selected. This sections outputs the CAD4TB score, the CAD4TB report, and the heatmap which indicates abnormal areas in the lung fields. Abnormalities are color coded: in the range blue (normal), green, yellow, orange, red (abnormal).

(C) Print Report

Clicking the print button will generate a PDF with the same information as in the report.
